There are fan zones, merchandise shops, and plenty of opportunities to see the teams and drivers up close. The race runs for 24 hours, so plan your sleep and rest periods. Only self-contained RV’s are allowed to access GEICO RV camping areas.
There are different RV areas around the track, each offering a unique view and experience. Some spots are closer to the infield, while others offer views of certain sections of the track. Consider what you want to see and experience when choosing your RV spot.

- GEICO Park West RV spot – while it doesn’t have the feeling of being inside the race, it is easier to book and quieter than some of the other RV spots.
Check what amenities are provided at the RV spot that you chose. Some areas might have hookups for water and electricity, while others might be more basic. If we know this in advance, we can provide you with a generator. All premium campsites at Daytona International Speedway with electric hookups are 50 amps. The Speedway does not distribute any electrical adapters. We can provide those for you upon request.
Recently, Daytona International Speedway just started enforcing a policy of no in-ground fire pits. Fans are still welcome to bring a free-standing, above-ground fire pit, but are prohibited from building fire pits underground.
